About This Workshop

A Hands-On Portrait and IPS Workshop Creating beautiful portraits is only one part of building a successful portrait experience. In this workshop, Charleen will take attendees through the complete process, from planning and a portrait session to presenting the finished images and guiding the client through an in-person sales appointment. Attendees will observe and participate in a portrait session while learning how to create natural expressions, comfortable poses, flattering images, and meaningful variety. Charleen will share how she connects with her clients, keeps the session relaxed, and photographs with the final products and client experience in mind.After the portrait session, the class will move into image selection, presentation, and IPS. Attendees will see how to create an engaging ordering appointment, help clients narrow their favorites, introduce products and collections, discuss pricing with confidence, and guide clients toward purchasing portraits they will truly enjoy.This workshop is designed to be practical, approachable, and fun. Attendees will leave with a clearer understanding of how to create a complete portrait experience—from the first conversation to the final collection.
