Welcome to the website of the Connecticut Professional Photographers Association, Inc. (“CTPPA”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our website (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

CTPPA provides a central platform for members and visitors to access educational content, register for events, purchase merchandise, and manage memberships.

This site is intended for professional and emerging professional photographers. Users are expected to operate a registered business with the State of Connecticut. Use of the member-only areas is limited to active members in good standing.

4. Event Registration & Payments
CTPPA offers registration for workshops, conferences, and other events. Payments are processed securely through third-party services, including Squarespace.com. By registering, you agree to the event-specific terms outlined at the time of purchase. Refund policies will be stated clearly per event.
5. Merchandise Sales
Branded merchandise is sold via Printify.com, a third-party vendor responsible for payment, fulfillment, and shipping. Any issues related to merchandise orders should be directed to the vendor per their policies.
6. Data Collection & Privacy

7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, logos, images, and educational materials, is the property of CTPPA or its contributors and may not be reproduced without permission.
