The Connecticut Professional Photographers Association is now planning its 2009 Convention, Trade Show and Journal Publications. The entire Board of Directors is working diligently to make this Convention a great success and a great experience for all. As vice President of Trade Show for the year 2009, I would like to invite you to exhibit your product line to more than 300 CPPA members as well as visitors who will be attending our convention. This is a perfect opportunity to expand your client base as well as to show your new items.

Our convention will be held at the Crown Plaza Hotel in Cromwell, CT, on February 6, 7, 8 and 9th. The ONE DAY Trade Show will be on Sunday the 8th from 10am to 3pm. Our trade show will be open to all CPPA members and non-members, at NO CHARGE. Promotional materials will be distributed to camera clubs, camera shops, color labs and other vendors associated with CPPA.

As always, CPPA has an exciting line of talent lined up for our convention. There will be no conflict with speakers during the Trade Show. This is a perfect time to make new contacts and to see current clients.

This year CPPA is starting a new program called NO VEDOR LEFT BEHIND. Information is linked below for your review. This is a WIN WIN for all. Our CPPA board is very excited about this new program.

Our Trade show booth cost for 2009 is $400. After September 15th the cost will be $435. A deposit of $250.00 will hold your booth. Second booth cost is reduced (see links below).

We will take MC/ Visa or a check for deposit.

Your booth is 8ft by 10ft and includes: one skirted table and two chairs, wastebasket and electricity. CPPA will also provide you with two lunch tickets.

Linked below is a Booth Contract, Floor Plan, and our NEW “NO VENDOR LEFT BEHIND” INFO. Every effort will be made, to have you in the location of choice. However, sometimes last minute changes are made to benefit all. Please select two locations that you would like. This is on a fist come first served basis.

Please send your Signed Contract and your deposit for your booth to: Susan Drew; 181 Breakers Lane, Stratford, CT. 06615 (Deposit is Non-Refundable) Balance of your contract will be due by December 15, 2008.
