About the speaker
Travis Gugelman started Gugleman Photography six years ago. In three years, Gugelman Photography became one of the top performing studios in the US as reported by the PPA. Travis’s Business Plan, Sales Script, Employee Manuals, and Marketing Plan have each helped create a studio that operates like an organized corporation. This allows Travis to meet his goals and makes his studio work for him. When Gugelman Photography opened, Travis decided to take his photography and business to a higher level. With dedication and hard work his studio (building and all) is 100% debt free. Travis loves to share all he knows and has learned over the years to help other photographers create powerful images and run strong businesses. Travis has received many awards for his photography. Travis has a passion for business, photography, and life. Travis’s studio in Rexburg, Idaho is known for setting the bar high, not only for portraits, but outstanding customer loyalty. Even in an economic scare, Gugelman Photography has continued to raise their already high sales average in their studio. How are they doing this? Their studio follows a very precise step by step sales approach listed in their Sales Manual. Each employee has a well defined job description and takes responsibility for their tasks, which are all documented in their Employee Manual and Business Plan.
Travis teaches how to set a studio up for success. Whether a studio is missing the bar in the sales room, on the phones, or in just keeping up with the business, Travis will motivate and teach how to make the necessary changes to come out on top. In Travis’s energetic way he will cover sales scripts, phone scripts, marketing plans, business plans, and employee manuals. His program is sure to leave everyone, both the new and experienced studios, with new ideas and inspiration on ways to improve their studios.
