CPPA Convention 2010 (61st Annual)

The Connecticut Professional Photographers Association is now planning its 2010 Convention, Trade Show and Journal Publication. The entire Board of Directors is working diligently to make this Convention a great success and a memorable experience for all. As Vice President of TradeShow for the year 2010, I would like to invite you to be an exhibitor and present your product line to our 300 CPPA members as well as the many visitors that will be attending our convention. This is a perfect opportunity to expand your client base as well as to show your new product lines.
Our Convention will be held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Cromwell, CT, on February 5,6,7,& 8, 2010. The ONE Day Trade Show will be held on Sunday February 7 from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. This exhibit will be open to all of our CPPA members and non-members at NO-Charge. Promotional materials will be distributed to camera clubs, camera shops, color labs and other vendors associated with the CPPA.
We have a tremendous lineup of talent scheduled for our convention and the best part is that there is no conflict with the trade show times. This is a perfect opportunity to contact your current clients and have them come and reconnect with you and also a great time to connect with possibly some new clients.
The cost for the Trade Show booth is $400.00 till October 31th when the cost will go up to $435.00. In your 8x10 booth will be one skirted table, two chairs, a wastepaper basket, two lunch tickets and electrical power. A retainer of $250.00 is required to hold your space with the balance payable by December 15, 2009. If you require more than a single booth, please contact me for special pricing. We accept checks, MasterCard or Visa as payment.
A copy of the Trade Show contract [will be mailed to you] along with a floor plan of the layout. Please make a First and Second choice of location and we will make every effort to place you in that location. In the event that your selection is not available, we will contact you for a possible alternative selection but we will honor the requests as they come in on a first come first served basis.
So do not hesitate and send in your signed contract along with your retainer TODAY to reserve your spot at this fantastic weekend event. Contracts must be returned to Mike Spiegel, 108 Dracut Ave., Waterbury, CT 06704-2208.
